I’ve stayed at the Plaza several times. The Plaza’s staff is so professional and attentive: they know they are the “face” of the Plaza and represent the hotel very, very well.

Great experience to ride on an elevator of older than 100 years! Very friendly and supportive hotel staff. I could rent a bicycle and got breakfast-to-go very smoothly.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! It was quite quirky and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the room was comfortable. It does take a while for the room to get cooler, so we had to crack a window open for a few hours before sleeping and turn down the temperature in the central fan since the heat would sometimes be too much. That was the only drawback, but we managed to work around it. The heated floors in the washroom were lovely! Also, it being near the central station and so many buses really made our trip! Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Excellent hotel , 2 minutes walk from the railway station and across the road from Tivoli Gardens. Hotel has great breakfast, hot and cold buffet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little tired but in a way enhances it's charm.Rooms are clean and well stocked with tea and coffee and even dumbbells! Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in Copenhagen.

The hotel is ideally situated, right across from the main train station and Tivoli Gardens. Breakfast is excellent. The only downside was the room lighting; the dimmer switch was difficult to adjust.

Basic hotel but very dated. Carpets looked dirty and old. My room on top floor was very cold and heating control is disabled to be changed by guests jt seemed. Basic breakfast with no proper coffee (just instant coffee from jugs) i was charged for an expresso

Value for money

This hotel has seen better days with the decor but on the other hand serves an excellent breakfast if you are gluten free like us . Convenient for the station and easy to get to local attractions. If you're not fussed about pristine paintwork it's good value for money. Beds really comfy!
