the staff was nice and very helpful, I had lost my passport and they helped me to print out paperwork I needed to bring to the embassy. housekeeping was also very kind. the room themselves are minimalistic, so they’re fine if you just need a place to stay at that has a central location with just basic amenities. the rooms can be a little stuffy since there is no a/c or ventilation in the bathroom, but you’re able to open up the window in the bedroom, at least for the interior rooms which is a plus. the only thing that I wish they had was a mini fridge since the rooms do get fairly warm, but otherwise, it’s worth it for the price.

The hotel overall is ok. Looks nice form the outside, very central location, friendly staff. Rooms have a decent size for Copenhagen. Unfortunately it was difficult to get an undisturbed night (without earplugs), as the room was very poorly sound insulated and you could here people inside adjacent rooms and on hallway (despite being the last room in the corridor) plus lots of noise from outside. Overall room was tidy, but the bathroom (especially the shower) was in desperate need of a deep clean and scrub. The grouting was all discoloured and mouldy, so was the shower curtain.

the receptionists were all so helpful and kind, so were the cleaning staff. the area is great, the rooms can just be a little stuffy and would be nice if they had a small fridge. otherwise, great.

The location is amazing, the hotel is very clean and has nice decor. Staff are lovely. I highly recommend getting breakfast. The room is very basic, no TV or kettle but it is great value for the location. Very close to the opera house and metro stations.

Basic accommodation

Was not what I thought after reading reviews . Found the hotel more hostel vibes , lift only operates with one person at a time between certain hours. Rooms are very basic , thin mattress that falls off the bed easily , no tv,no coffee tea making facilities ,no air conditioning or fan . Luckily we only used the room for sleeping it not done where I’d hang out . Location was close to the water big plus!

I would say overall the best feature is its proximity to the metro and ease of getting there from the airport. It is also close to nyhavn which is a must on any tourist visit.

I must mention specifically the plate up breakfast was really very good quality,variety and value for money Great location 5 minutes from Metro and great connection of metro to and from air port Rooms are small but enough for solo travelers Only one small issue hand held shower water pressure is bit low for my liking Many restaurants around the area with walking distance Very comfortable bed I would like to mention here Chanella and Sebastian for their friendly service Overall very happy with the stay Vasantha from Melbourne Australia
