Worst experience ever

I paid 200€ per night, when i reserved the hotel the amount shown differed from the amount i was supposed to pay. The heat wasnt working and my family got sick. The matress was very uncomfortable and the lady at the front desk was rude. For the money we paid it wasn’t worth it.

The building of the hotel looked great but the cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the mark. The towels and the bedsheets were smelly - looks like they have not cleaned their washing machine for ages. The breakfast had lots of options a the property is close to public transport.
