It was very nice and quaint. However looks like they havent remodeled or updated since the 90’s. Decor and furniture needs updating. Chairs were stained and torn. With that said the place was clean and the staff were excellent. It was very convenient to the Baseball HOF and all downtown Cooperstown. The grounds were very nice and the lake views were beautiful. But they need to invest in some improvements if they want to stay afloat.

The motel had a beautiful view of the lake. Our room was up on the hill. Nice, covered porch to sit out on. The only thing we didn't like was the light on outside our room. The curtains weren't heavy enough to block the light.
