What a beautiful surrounding and loved the option of the different temperatures of the pools. Would absolutely stay again. Apartment was awesome for us all (3 adults and 12year old)

On arrival reception was ok. There should have been better communication about an issue later in our stay. When we found our room. It was dark, lacking sunlight. The unit was very outdated, the fridge needs to be replaced There was a dedicated pool for kids, but the main pool was full of screaming kids. For the price we paid. I was very disappointed eith the whole setup

Great place to stay. we had 2 bed ground floor apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. Nespresso coffee machine provided for those that like their coffee, coles right opposite and short walk to the pub, restaurants, small local shops & beach. Unfortunately the closest beach access was closed due to the park being upgraded so it was a longer walk than normal with all the beach gear & we ended up taking the car. Its fine if you don't have much to carry or you have a beach trolley. patio for the unit is enclosed by bushes & shady - makes the unit quite dark inside, may be a bonus in the summer but in winter I'd ask for a balcony as I like to see the sun. Plenty of lovely swimming pools to chose from including a heated pool and lap pool as well as 2 small pools. well equipped gym. Secure parking in basement, staff very friendly & helpful, we had a minor issue which was dealt with very quickly. Main pool is by reception so units near here tend to have more noise from kids in pool, worth considering a booking request if this matters to you. Personally I love listening to kids having fun. Very happy & would definitely stay again.

This place surprised me. It had 3 pools throughout the property. There was a gym and kiosk at reception. The main pool was located a reception and short walk through the complex. It was heated and quite large. There was a massive secure underground carpark which had left access to the block where your unit is located. The unit we stayed in was styled beautifully and had comfortable and good sized lounge chairs. There was a coffee pod machine which was a bonus. It’s located just across the road from a Coles supermarket, speciality shops and lots of places to eat. It’s directly across from the beach although if you stay at the back if the complex it’s a small walk through there plus across the park to get to beach.

Roomy, clean, very comfortable! I was so very impressed by the experience of staying at “Coolum at the Beach”, and I look forward to the next time that I can visit. Located close to almost everything you could need during your stay. Secure parking (height limit 2.18m, if you’re interested). It’s little things that I’m going to mention, and they are so minor that they won’t stop me from recommending the property. As someone that likes coffee in the morning and had booked for 2 adults, 2 nights, I am glad that I brought my own coffee pods, as only 2 pods were supplied. If you like sugar in your coffee or tea, it might also pay to bring some extra sugar sachets. BONUS though - Coles is across the road, so as long as you arrive during their open hours, you can get anything you need. Dan Murphy’s & Cellarbrations are also a short walk away. The pizzas from Amore pizza (a 3 minute walk!) are deliciius!
