The individual at front desk informed me there was a $40 cash only deposit and pointed me to the atm in the lobby (which required an additional $3 processing fee). Upon checkout (8hrs over night) individual insisted that a Towel was missing from my room and that it would be$5 of my deposit.

Weekend for friends...
My husband and I stayed here this weekend while visiting friends and family. The $40 cash deposit at check in was unusual, but we got that back upon check out. The room was average. The king size bed was more than a little firm, kind of hard. But we only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't awful. Glad to be back home in Knoxville and in our comfortable bed. 😊
