Great location in the centre of town everything within few minutes walk (shops, cafes / restaurants, pubs, harbour) on site carpark to the rear of hotel a very good size rooms, Quirky and modern from historical building.

Good location. Excellent friendly staff. Car parking ok but narrow access to it. The one in the High Street was easy access, but tendency for it to be blocked by service vans. Would, without hesitation recommend The Castle Hotel Conwy.

Great staff ,helpful and cheerful. Food great,best sunday roast. Terrible room ,really disappointing considering the price. Small, duvet only just fitted bed. Didnt get a good night sleep as very noisy. Generator or something kept cutting in. The bar next door noisy Sat night. I know cant doing anything about town church clock going off every 15min and on the hour . Some form of double glazing wouldhelp. Very disapoointed . Had better night sleep at Premier Inn. The people in the room next door had similar complaint. Ours was 102.

1st date night away
We had a fab night at the Castle Hotel, our 1st overnight stay away (together) from our daughter since she was born and we couldn't have picked a better hotel. We have had date nights but always gone back home but decided to treat ourselves to a hotel rather than an expensive taxi for a change. The hotel was clean, warm and the staff were friendly and helpful. Weve had food (& drinks) there before but never stayed, but we would stay there again and recommend it.

This property was great and the location was perfect. It was right in the middle of the town and walkable to everything. The restaurant was good as well. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is great. It is in an excellent location with super helpful friendly staff. The beds and pillows were a bit too hard and uncomfortable but over all a wonderful stay.
