Razoável
Razoável, fui colocada num quarto para deficiente, e quando fui tomar banho o chuveiro não esquentou e fez uma molhaceira total no banheiro, não consegui tomar banho, reclamei na recepção e trocaram o quarto, quartos pequenos, o segundo chuveiro era muito bom. Ponto positivo café da manhã. Ponto negativo barulho tanto do trânsito como do hotel.

Estadia estressante.
No segundo dia (primeira diária) não houve arrumação do quarto, troca de toalhas e retirada de lixo. Fui a recepção reclamar e ao chegar lá já havia outros hospedes reclamando a mesma coisa pela segunda vez. A recepcionista fez o registro e disse que não haveria mais este tipo de problema. No terceiro dia (segunda diária) voltou a ocorrer o mesmo problema. Fomos a recepção reclamar de novo. Pedimos o telefone do gerente que recusou se a atender todas as ligações. Segundo os funcionários existe um deficit de camareiras para o número de quartos do hotel. O quarto e o banheiro são apertados.

O apartamento é ridiculamente pequeno. O espaço de circulação é apertado até para uma pessoa de menos de 60 kg. Para o que oferece o preço é alto. A garagem também é de difícil circulação para um carro médio ou maior.

Quarto muuuito pequeno, trombei 3 vezes na TV porque o espaco.entre a cama e a tv era insuficiente para passar, so pasaando encurvado.O banheiro é muito pequeno, apertado mesmo. Uma pessoa com barriga grande nao entra no box de banho. No domingo, como tinha muita gente no hotel a agua do chuveiroestava fria.Na portaria faltou agua em garrafa para comprar.
