The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. TV had lots of channels. Breakfast was adequate but no protein items. Only downside was a noisy air conditioning unit and some road noise. Would stay again.

For a bare bones clean comfortable room it’s a decent place to stay overnight. The room had a microwave and a stove to for an economical extended stay for business it would do great. If you’r looking for the usual niceties as breakfast and manicured gardens this is not that. The choice of cable channels WASa nice touch. Overall a clean place to stay.

Very good hotel.
The property looked very new. Friendly front desk help. Large room, comfortable bed, AC worked great. No swimming pool. 7 sit down or fast food restaurants within 2 minute drive. Great location just north of Conroe.
