The latch plate was completely missing on the door. You could clearly see all the way around the door.. silverware and condiments were unavailable and I was made to feel like I was going to steal them. We had reserved two queen beds when we needed to move to the first floor they only had one bed available. With that being said, the housekeeping staff was a super nice helpful and professional

The clerk was not too helpful (very distracted). The room we originally were assigned had a flashing light outside and faced a major highway (with plenty of internal rooms available). The room lamp did not work. Super noisy location.

The receptionists are rude, ESPECIALLY on the phone. The rooms smell like weed, doesn’t matter how many times you spray disinfectant, it either smells like cigarette or weed, I think it’s the air vents. The walls are so thin, you can hear everyone outside AND the room next to you. The stairs always smell like someone pissed there. There’s so many broken down cars parked there, and so many transients on the property. The lights in the rooms flicker ALL THE TIME. The bathtubs are so slippery, I FELL in there while showering. if you’re looking for somewhere you’d feel safe and comfortable, this isn’t the place. If you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep for a couple of hours, then maybe this is the place for you.

Excellent, I was welcomed by Estefany, she was so fast and very nice and professional. Delmi and Flor excellent room service and both fluent in Spanish so that was a plus. Leticia in the breakfast area every morning is so attentive and kind. This is the type of professional people that makes you want to come back. The breakfast is full continental for real, and it’s clean, not only the breakfast area but also the rooms, with huge counters. If you travel like I do, when you find a gem, you don’t waste time looking for other hotels, it’s a peace of mind to know I have found my space in the Bay Area. I used to book into San Francisco for almost 200 a night, with so much hassle to get into the city 🏙️. Now I drive 10 min crossing the bridge and I save $100 a night in this hotel. Or could have not worked better . The freeway is a block away. I highly recommend this hotel.
