We thought the place was clean, other than trash overflowing from every receptacle. What we did not like was being charged for parking; we were not told about the parking rate when we checked it. So it was a surprise to us when we had to pay $10 the next day in Concord, CA. Prices are already high, and then you have to pay for We initially thought the place was clean, except for the trash overflowing from every receptacle. However, we were unhappy to discover that we were charged for parking; this rate wasn't disclosed to us when we checked in. As a result, we were surprised to learn we had to pay $10 for parking the next day in Concord, CA. With prices already being high, it felt unfair to have to pay for parking as well.parking?

My only concern was that there was homeless people and hoodlums near the entrance of the hotel. I felt a little unsafe as I was exiting my car and entering the hotel.

Expedia was awful. No way to contact them, no way to get help. They broke a promise and failed to reserve one night I booked back in February. I was still able to get a room, outside of Expedia but a 2 night stay arranged with the night manager was complicated by the day manager who wanted us to check out and then recheck in. Horrible experience with Expedia failing to reserve the first night led to this. Otherwise, stay was okay. I am done with Expedia.

Despite booking this reservation in February, Hampton Inn DID NOT HAVE THE RESERVATION FOR NIGHT OF APRIL 16, 2025!!! There was no reservation in the system! I had to pay for the room myself! Expedia really let me down! Great hotel but despite receipting me, Expedia FAILED to make the reservation!
