Lots of things need to be improved
I stayed Days Inn for 4 nights. The elevator was out of order. So, I needed to use the stairs, carrying the suitcase. The stairway smelled like cigarette, and I saw an employee smoking in the parking space next morning. In the room, there was a dispenser for hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, but the ones for hand soap and body soap were empty. There was no bathmat for all 4 nights, and there was only one bath towel (without any hand towel) for one night. The hair drier only blew cold air. I wanted to call the front desk, but there was no instruction to call the front desk. At one night or very early morning, I heard a couple having a fight. Next morning, maybe the same couple was having a fight in the parking lot. Also, I saw that behind the bed side cabinet was so dirty.

My Lesson for Believing what I see
My wife and I felt that we paid to have a king size bed suite...boy we were wrong! It was a queen size bed. I called ahead of time to confirm my room on the day of arrival, and requested a room on the 1st floor...am dissabled and have bed knee. At the we arrived none of what we asked we got. The room had a queen, the person at receptionist's desk...whom I had spoken with did not saved us a room on the 1st floor, and to make it worse the elevator was out of service...had to carry luggage to 2nd floor, and then down the hall. The room was okayed, but had no ironing board, no iron, the desk inside the top of it was cracked...had to call front desk to show them, the room it self looked worn-out...out dated, only had one full set of towels, and to be honest felt I would have the gotten the same at at motel 6 without having to pay the extra. My mother and sister rented a 2 queen size bed room, and to be honest it looked better, it was on the first floor, and in better condition than mine for over $40 less! They booked it that morning and I booked mine 3 weeks in advance. I guess my only good thing to say is there was no deposit asked at checkin. I will pay more and stay at Hampton Inn.

The manager on duty was very accommodating and apologetic; however, the rooms were not clean, and the basic things like hand soap and wash cloths were not in the room. This hotel needs updating. Should not have tape holding up blinds. Safety wise, door latches need to be replaced and repaired.

Horrible place. Unclean. Felt unsafe. During the night an individual went through the dumpster and spread trash throughout the parking lot. All furniture was beat up. Would not recommend.
