We walked in late and a woman with an aggressive husband was dropped off. Terrible for her and the receptionist (who was terrified and afraid to let anyone in, including my wife), but the area is not the safest. The hotel staff did excellently and called in law enforcement quickly, but I would stay in a safer area if I were you.

When we checked in, my small children and I were given the wrong room. I booked 2 queen beds and was given a standard king instead. The next morning I was essentially kicked out of my room, had to show proof, she canceled my keys and told I didn’t book 2 nights, which I did. The morning receptionist was completely rude, threatening to charge my card without doing proper research. I was in town to attend my grandmother’s funeral and kindness and understanding would have been expected. Good costumer service would have been expected! I was mortified! Her name was Corrina Florintina.

When I checked in I was not informed about housekeeping. After 2 days I went back to front desk. I was told every 3 days cleaning. Had to go back after 5 days because nothing happened. Not to mention NO Breakfast or coffee on Thanksgiving morning. The worst Hotel I ever stayed in my entire life. And I traveled a lot. The worst Hotel I have ever stayed in my life.

Thanksgiving stay
ideal location off freeway and across the street from large upscale shopping area with movie theatre and food I was a little surprised at the significant change in room rate for the night of Thanksgiving (extra $40) but as we were there for 4 nights total it balanced out. Also be aware of a small parking charge ($7)

Staff was super friendly, place in good conditions. I liked that it’s updated, beds are comfortable and have smart tvs, super convenient when traveling with kids to play Netflix or other app. I disliked that the area where it’s located is a little noisy, there was no extra blankets or pillows in the closet for the sofa bed, I had to walk to the reception and ask because the phones where not working. Also, shampoo, conditioners and body wash that were in the bathroom were expired, they smelled so bad that we couldn’t use it.
