Under new management and doing alot of remodels. It looked very sketchy when driving up. No hot breakfast just frozen waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal and cereal. Pool was open son kids enjoyed that. When to go open the bed in the couch and there was mouse poop in it. Had to have my son sleep with us

The room was clean, a/c worked well. No elevator and the stairwell was nasty . The door of the room had a gap at the bottom and the side. Room 218. It was noisy in the hall. The pool was closed due to "high chlorine levels" tested that morning. We checked in at 730pm and no one was willing to retest. Probably won't be back, but was fine for one night.

Good stay

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and personable and quick with any help or questions. My only complaint (not the hotel or staff fault) we had guests next door to us blasting loud music from late PM to early AM, yelling constantly, slamming doors every 2 minutes, pounding on the walls. Made it nearly impossible to sleep and when we called the front desk to let them know I don’t think they did anything but if they did, it didn’t stop the extremely loud guests from continuing their rampage all night and the next night. So be aware walls are paper thin here!

Pool was conveniently clised, but looked 100% fine. Also, "continental " breakfast was a complete joke...getting coffee was an act of Congress. Dont advertise and not have what you say you do have. Rooms were clean and stocked

Do not stay here!!! There are chunks of ceiling drywall in the pool, I found a dirty towel in my room in the closet, there is no elevator, there are creepy stains in the carpet, and worst of all if you try to get a refund, they will not work with you.

We unfolded the couch bed and a giant insect came crawling out. The mattress on the pull out sofa was thing and very uncomfortable. There were no sheets and blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. The room keys had to be reactivated 5 times because they wouldn't work for our room or outside of the hotel. Breakfast was extremely half-assed and pointless. The pool was closed and we were not made aware ahead of time--this was my kids' spring break and the reason we booked a hotel for our staycation, so that we could swim.

We cancelled our reservation the night we were supposed to arrive due to a family emergency and we had to turn around and go back home. The cancellation policy said ‘at MOST’ we would be charge one night! The next day, I was charged the full amount! I disputed it with my bank, they refunded my money AND then 2 days later the hotel charged me the full amount AGAIN!! Unacceptable and I will never stay here.
