The elevator has not been working since August 2024 so as a senior was difficult to carry our suitcase on the third floor. On check in, there was no room available downstairs. They offered help to carry suitcase. The room has a musty smell. The bed was very comfortable. Nice beddings.

First off, the elevator is currently out of service - this shows on the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise, but due to issues that arose, I did have to make extra trips up and down to the third floor. The refrigerator in my room did not work, so I had to travel down for ice from the kitchen. On my last day, the door locks apparently hadn’t been updated to the recent time change, so I got locked out of my room while eating breakfast and then had to go back down to the front desk to get it fixed. However, the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast and the hours were good. The room itself was comfortable and well equipped (besides the refrigerator, but I was only there for one night and didn’t have an actual need for it, just wanted to chill some drinks). I would go back.

Loved the location and have stayed there before. The hotel in the last year has gotten a bit dirty, elevator was not working so we needed to lug our suitcases up 3 floors, it was a bit hard on us 70+ ladies but staying a week we really wanted to be in the suite that offers 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Hotel definitely needs some upgrades and cleaning. Very nice hospitality nights Monday-Wednesday, hospitality hostess was the best, thank you Veronica! Great breakfast.

We stayed here for two days coming back from Niagara Falls on Saturday. Because I had a back procedure Monday Morning. The Hotel and Room is awesome! But the first night I got woken up at about 2:30 AM because of loud neighbors. I finally called the front desk about 4 AM. She said she would call them. Maybe she did but it didn’t help! They finally went to sleep about 5:30 AM😩 The second night we had no problems.
