Miserable Employee!

I always stay here with a friend because we live in different cities. Prior to my stay, I called to ask a question and the front desk employee (Gabrielle) sounded like I was a major inconvenience to her. We all have bad days, so it wasn't a big deal. I also called the front desk to ask about extending my stay, & AGAIN was given an unfriendly tone like she didn't have time for me. Gabrielle needs a new job where she isn't miserable! I must say that all other staff was extremely accommodating and nice.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the staff was pleasant. However the room itself was not good. Stains on the doors and carpet, half of our lights not being able to turn on and every light had a different colored light bulb, so half the room was a bright LED while the other was a normal yellow light. Overall stay was good, but the cleanliness was terrible. We were also told that breakfast complimentary, come to find out it was $7 per person. Would not stay here again, thank you.
