Frosted barn door for the bathroom door has got to be the most asine trend in hotel design. The onsite dining option is also rather poor quality - it was a smidge above most fast casual in quality, but not much better than any generic O'Charley, Applebee's, Chili's, etc.

I'm not one to really ever complain or ever post a eh review but when we got to the hotel we weren't informed on booking that nor everyone was gonna get free breakfast with stay. You would think with paying 200+ for a hotel downtown Columbus you wouldn't have to pay for breakfast at all when there are plenty of other hotels that will allow it for nothing. Especially ones who have better customer service & management skills. Never was informed on booking that you had to do vallet parking. 45$ per night. Rooms we're pretty clean . Bathroom was eh. It was ok. Floor looked extremely dirty. Beds we're so uncomfortable and pillows sucked ! One of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Barely any communication. Room service lady was amazing though!! Front desk people we're nice. Vallet people ok. Management in dining is very eh! Paid when I got there and then tried charging / having us pay again. Should tell us when we check in that they will ask before you leave that will happen. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Room was very very tight. Fiji water in room is extra if you use. It is a good business model for them but good wait to guilt people who don't pay attention into extra money. Overpriced for what you get. You can get better quality hotel service and hotels elsewhere .

Just some honest feed back
My stay was amazing, however i was disappointed with the quality of the sofa bed and the fact the sink hot water non existence. The food at the wedding was good, but the consistency was off. (My steak was good, my fathers was underdone and my aunts was overdone). The wedding venue was nice and breakfast was good. Staff was wounderful. Check in and out was quick and easy. I was taken aback by the unexpected price of valet parking, but it was very convenient for checking in with kids and my handicapped mother. A job well done.

No free wifi and free breakfast and free water.
This hotel is good to stay, but they don't provide free wifi, breakfast, and water. Columbus downtown is very hot in the summer, and no ice water for their customers. I don't want to stay in this hotel next time.
