Jesus

A/c was broken with 80 degrees weather that night and the room had roaches. Bed sheets with obvious urine stains. Requested a different room and was told that it was the only room available in the whole property. No one to come fix the air conditioner until the next morning. Requested cancellation and they didn’t give me any refund. Made the A/c complaint 15 minutes after leaving the lobby office and then Left the room less than an hour after that and they still didn’t give me a refund of the unlivable room. Not worth the hassle regardless of room cost!

When you step on bathroom floor water comes thru tiles..paint falling off ceiling with mold taking its place. Only saving grace is that sheets appeared clean and saw no evidence of bed bugs.
