Our stay was comfortable and the room was clean I will keep this hotel in mind when visiting again. The price was affordable as well. The only thing there needs to be bigger screen TV.

This property is absolutely horrible. I don’t know how they’re in business. The rooms reek, carpet stained & ripped, furniture & bed broken. Bedding stained. The entire room including bathroom was very dirty.

Front desk customer service was good. The continental breakfast was disappointing. Not enough food for everyone. No food for children. No fruit or meat. Short serving hours. Many people didn’t get food and they didn’t prepare enough. Not enough towels in the room for guests. And we killed a roach that was in the room. Very disappointing for a Ramada hotel.

Disgusting

After I checked in, I went to my room. The decor was very drab. It looked like a low rent motel somewhere in the Midwest and next to nowhere. The hot water never turned hot in the shower. It stayed cold for 15 minutes. However, the water in the bathroom sink was scolding hot. When I called the front desk, they were basically unconcerned and said they would have someone “check into it.” I got dressed and checked out immediately and canceled the reservation. They still have not refunded me my money for the five days. I had already scheduled to be there. Do not go to a Ramada hotel. It’s like going somewhere in a Third World country. Actually that’s an insult with our country hotel. Some of those were better than where I was at the Ramada Hotel.

There is potential..

The hotel is a little outdated and could be cleaner. The hot water was only semi hot for one person, the 2nd shower had all cold, manager said maintenance was working on it, but day 2, same thing happened. We paid for the jacuzzi suite and it was ok, but will not come back.
