The room is filthy. The bathroom smells like urine and the wall has patches on it from previous holes. It needs to be painted. The bathtub is stained and gross. Furniture is stained and tore up. The door only has one lock, the deadbolt is broken. If my husband wasn’t with me I would leave. We are so tired from driving over 8 hrs to see our son graduate bootcamp. We don’t have the energy to change rooms or change hotels at this point. If we were staying two nights, we’d leave.

Nothing worked. Every station on the TV showed in green hues. The coffee maker was broken and wouldn't brew. The hotel phone was disconnected so I couldn't reach the front desk. The room had raw unfinished spackling and spackling dust throughout. This comedy of errors was finished off with a roach crawling around in the bathtub! After hours of driving, I was too exhausted to change rooms. I couldn't wait to get out of there!! The manager, Myra Thomas was gracious and apologetic and offered a full comp on my next stay which I really appreciated.

It was very good. The only thing I had issue with is that the shower head in our bathroom was broken. Spewed water on the floor from the front of the shower wall to the other end. Other than that everything was great!! In fact we will be staying again in 2 weeks.

This hotel is always a good price and clean. They also offer the ability to have your dog with you. Guests with dogs stay on the first floor with access to a “potty” area nearby. The staff is always friendly. Most importantly, I feel safe staying here. I have stayed alone and with my husband.
