The website made the rooms look better then they were! Also I had to pay a deposit for both our rooms , I received one of the 50 dollar deposit and still 8 days later have not received the second payment. I called and was told both times I called it takes a few days to process and land in my account.. this trip was to visit my son who had a double lung transplant and was staying close to the hospital.

The hotel was good, the staff were warm and inviting. My only complaint is the best and pillows were way too hard. You couldn’t get comfortable at all. My husband is completely disabled and our room was on the second floor. Not to mention the elevator was out of order the morning after check in.

Good value but not great.
It was a good value for a cheaper place to stay with a decently sized room, tv and bed. First room we were assigned was cold and heater would only blow out cold air; the lady at the front desk asked us to try a couple things, the came up with keys to the room across the hall, and the heat in that room worked fine -- a bit loud but worked. On our checkout day elevator was broken in the morning so haf to carry luggage down from 3rd floor. Breakfast was decent for cost of stay.
