Overall it was a horrible stay. They didn't provide me with enough towels and washcloths. When asked was told to come back in the morning as they needed to do laundry. The knob on the bathroom door kept falling off. I checked out the same night. I lost some money but it was worth it leaving.

Went to close bar walked back to room was followed window got broken they didn't believe me waiting for ever for cops go scared and left at 1:30am Saturday. This was horrible and traumatic experience.

The Mannerisms and Professionalism from the staff. Im not sure if it’s a culture thing. But Being professional is a universal language .. and they need training to the highest. Its giving family owned but its needs another family in charge (seriously) They Didn’t have enough towels and wash cloth to accommodate the hotel (thats what was told) and the fact you cant reach anyone after 9 pm front desk for any assistance is very much different..

Original room was really gross. We had to ask for a new room. 2nd room was better, but still kinda gross. The whole property needs a remodel or at least update to fix fixtures that are broken and molding shower ceilings, cleaner linens/furniture and horribly sticky room floors

You get what you pay for.

It’s a mess. We had hairs all over the comforter which weren’t ours. Random hairs stuck to the wall in the bathroom. The floor had what loooked like someone wrote all over it with a sharpie pen. The ceiling repairs were all over and not finished. Caulking in random places. The outside was in just about the same condition. Parking lot needs A LOT of work. We stayed in the “suite” so I’m not sure what the other rooms were like. The lobby was nice and clean though.
