I stayed Wednesday thru Sunday on 2 bookings. My room never had hot water and got like warm one time. I drove 2 hours home Friday night to shower because I was tired of taking cold showers then had to return to finish my business trip. This issue needs to be fixed in room 303.

I did not like anything about I actually never even liked staying at the holiday inn or any IHG hotel because the first time I stayed at any of the IHG properties i did not like it but i wanted a room in a hotel close to legolan ikond because she wanted to go to legoland for her birthday we made a reservation for saturday sunday and monday but the main reason why we picked this hotel is becuase it has a pool and hot tub and it turns when we showed up the hot tub was out of order for good and boarded up and nothing was mentioned on the website and the pool water was cold and the staff was rude.

In these days i never expect kind staff in hotels, but I am glad to say the receptionist was genuinely kind and empathetic. We arrived around 9:30 pm after a snow storm, and he gave us hot water because it was extremely cold outside.
