We reserved a room for 3 people, but there were only 2 towels in the room, and no bedding for the pullout couch. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk for things we felt should have been in the room.. I really prefer a hotel that has housekeeping every day. Breakfast was subpar.

Overall good breakfast and clean room. Desk receptionist was very friendly. Air conditioning in room worked but was noisy. Seating in dining was stained and could use a cleaning.

We didn’t get the kind of room I reserved - it was a long and a pull out sofa instead of two queens. Further more we had to ask several times for sheets for the pullout, and the hotel was out of pillows, all we got were two half pillows a piece, which were very unsatisfactory.

2nd class Guests
Reserved a 2 queen bed room for 3 guests. Was given a 1 bed room and no other bed. Gave no legitimate reason or any apology. Place was fair, clean but worn and mediocre decor and furnishings. Small indoor pool filled up with about 20 kids - did not even attempt to get in. Breakfast smelled good but did not stay as we had to catch up with 3rd guest who had to go elsewhere due to room problem.
