Air conditioning didn’t work at all. Was given box fans to compensate??? Also had very little if any hot water that was like warm at best. The staff told me the place was built in the 80s and they are finally getting around to fixing things. But not worth the price at all and should be bother there is no control for Air cond in the rooms

Awesome Valentines Weekend Stay

My wife and I enjoyed a recent two-night stay at The Capital Suites Hotel and found the staff and facility outstanding. The hotel is conveniently located less than a block from The Palace where we experienced an awesome performance from comedian Ron White and is also within walking distance to several nearby restaurants and the popular North Market is less than a mile away. Our room was spacious with an adjacent suite, kitchenette, and bathroom with an amazing strong hot shower! Special thanks to the desk staff who were friendly and took care of all our needs. We will be back!

Great customer service, great lounge and great food. Pricing for food is reasonable, super clean, very confortable bed, great water pressure, parking garage (extra charge added on to room charge) located on bottom hotel, super convenient to capital theater, 1 block easy walk.

Gave is the wrong room when we got there. Was to be a double bed and got a single. Had to go down to get it changed. Had to pay $100 for the weekend for parking which is crazy when your paying a crazy amount to stay there. Restaurant there does not have many options to choose from and the guy working there was very rude.

My room was switched without no one telling me the bathroom floor was constantly soaking wet the bed I slept in was stayed and dirty hotel guest wouldn’t even give me a extra blanket to lay on and the General Manager would not even consider coming out to talk and hear what I had to say about my stay

Stains dripping down the walls and furniture in the room. No ice in ice machines. Thermostat was set to 67 but the room read 82 degrees the entire evening/morning. There was no turning it off or adjustment of the temperature.

Never Again

My room had no air.. it was very hot and box fan were delivered to my room. It had an old smell that triggered an asthma attack. There was no wifi service. My toilet ran all night and wasn’t able to flush. Water spewed onto the floor.
