Could use a good cleaning amongst bathroom sanitat

The toilet did not have a toilet seat cover. It had dust and cobwebs in the corner. The hotel clerks were very nice. I wouldn't stay two nights.

The worst place to stay. Bed noises and , few minutes start itching diif not know what is going on and unable to sleep and left in the middle of the night. The staff rDid not want me to see the room before confirming the place. Refused refund from the beginning!

Up dated for this kind of property. (Motel) disappointed I could not find a coffee maker in the room. Staff is friendly. Bathroom did smell of urine.

Just say No.

One of the most uncomfortable hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terribly crowded with only enough room to close the door if you stepped into the tub. There were no drawers or cabinets to hold your items, only six hangers and some cubbies. The microwave was possibly the tiniest I have ever seen. The iron was hung so high on the wall that I needed to stand on my tiptoes to reach it. At check in, we were told that housekeeping would happen every three days and it did happen on the third day, however on the sixth day it did not and when we ask about it at the desk the story changed and they told us we needed to request housekeeping. The rooms open onto the sidewalk/parking lot and there were no mats either outside the room or inside to the room floor was always filthy. Just an overall terrible room.

Staff was VERY friendly!! Clean rooms (NO BUGS!!) Very accommodating!! I will definitely stay there again!! They took over for Motel 6, so some improvement was needed, but hardly noticeable!! VERY comfortable bed, roomy fridge. Definitely 5 Stars!!!

I have stayed at this motel several times. It is in a convenient location in Worthington, Ohio when I visit a friend in Columbus. I am very grateful for a clean and safe motel that offers smoking rooms. The property is very clean inside and out. Rooms are modern and updated. Parking is safe and secure and well lit. Surveillance cameras provide safety and security. Great Wi-Fi throughout the property. Staff is top-notch and friendly. Numerous dining options from inexpensive to gourmet within walking distance.

The floors weren't really that clean. Shower has rust around floor and toilet big black stain on front . Mr. Clean eraser might take care of it. I went by ratings on web sight so very disappointed when I walked in. I realize it was a $70. Room but.

Clean and Accommodating!

I was a last minute booking based on work circumstances. The facility was highly accommodating and the service was lovely. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

The room was fine. However, after booking a non smoking room, our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. This wasn’t a big deal to us, but if you have allergies or are sensitive to smells maybe just keep this in mind.

Great stay

Quick friendly checkin. Room was clean and bathroom had just had an update. Large screen TV, mini fridge and microwave. Restaurants in the area and coffee shops close by for morning departure. Room did have an odour but was not offensive. Would stay here again.

Up to date toilet

So far this is the only hotel motel whatever you want to call it has the up-to-date toilets they're not low to the ground they're actually chair length toilets where you can sit down like you're sitting in a chair that was the good thing about that hotel.
