They were absolutely amazing, when we checked in she gave me details and tips about the military graduations. The cleaning staff was 10/10 they clean the room SPOTLESS every day and we didn’t even ask.

I love me some eggs, bacon and pancake, and that it comes free. 5 stars for that and letting us use there pool even if there weather was cold. Thank you manager, manager was on top his game when pancake maker needed refills. The down falls is rooms need to be asked for towels. If you rent a room holds up to 4 people, it should always have 4 sets of towels, only have 2 so we would have to ask each day for the other towels. Also the rooms should be cleaned each day, only trash and towels was changed for them 4 night I sleeped there only Sunday the day before I fly out got cleaned.

Bed bugs from hell
It is sad and an absolute shame that this hotel continues to book out their rooms knowing that they have bugs. Whether it’s roaches or bedbugs there is most definitely an infestation. My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin to attend our son’s turning green ceremony. We stayed at this hotel for five nights and did not start to notice all the weird bumps on us until our 3rd day there. By the fourth day, it was too late we were covered in bedbug bites, extremely uncomfortable, terribly itchy and the bites were sore and inflamed. We felt disgusting and taken advantage of. On our way back to Wisconsin we stopped to rest for the night so I took my throw blanket to our room and immediately as I spread the blanket out to check it over there was a huge nasty bedbug hooked to it. This Hotel and all of its management and employees should be ashamed of themselves.

It was okay, I was a bit nervous coming after looking at different reviews saying they saw bugs in their room but thankfully we saw no bugs nor roaches. The room was pretty clean but the building just looks so outdated.

Disgusting Stay
Found a cockroach in the shower, towel rack half hanging on wall, towel was sitting on the bathtub because it wasn’t useable. There were stains on the linens and sheets, put on app “wanted non smoking room” was given a smoking room…it was disgusting!!!! But bed was comfy after we had just flown from WA to FL by plane, and then drove 7 hours to Columbus GA!

Upon arrival, you see a scaffold at the main entrance. The receptionist at check in did not seem interested in what she was doing. I believe there was a smell of smoke in the lobby. The carpet in the room is dirty. I received 5 nights requested full service the second day. When we returned to the room the accident on the comforter was still there, so it was not changed. The pillows are child-size. We saw two small cockroaches towards the end of the stay. However, obviously this is my fault because you get what you pay for! If I had checked the room a day earlier I would have cancelled and made different accommodations!

With reading reviews I was very nervous to come here. I was pleasantly surprised. It was not nearly as bad as a lot of the reviews say. I can prepared with mint spray to avoid any bed bug/roach issues and I didn’t have any. They let me check in about four hours earlier than I was supposed to. I called the front desk for toilet paper since I ran out and they came up within five minutes. The next day all new sheets and towels without requesting. The only issues I had about the hotel was the carpet and the fridge. Carpet does indeed leave your socks black and the fridge wasn’t great but overall definitely worth the cheaper price. I asked the locals about the other hotels on victory road which I had to debate on (similar pricing but is closer to fort Moore). (They all have bad reviews) they all came to the conclusion that you do not want to stay in victory road because it tends to be more dangerous. I did not have a bad experience here.
