We were able to check in upon arrival which was before the 4 pm check in time. That was very nice. The checkin process was quick and easy (although our keys didn't work the elevator - we had to return to have keys redone). The room was in perfectly clean condition. The location is great for attending a Blue Jackets game. Check out was very quick.

After becoming a pet safe hotel, they still do not have a spot for pets to relive themselves. Or at least the workers didn’t know of a location of a “potty spot”. Besides this, it was an amazing time. Thank you.

Friendly staff, great prices food at the bar, clean rooms! They had overnight sanitation pads, the Always brand, and they were free....things happen and im greatful for that.

Staff was pleasant, didn't hear noise from other rooms (except someone's alarm clock), the food we ordered was delicious and all of the wait staff was nice. It was convenient that the on-site restaurant was open late. Our room had no smell (except for sometime in the middle of the night there was a strong laundry detergent smell). Everything was very clean.

I would for sure book again
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and wonderful. The restaurant and bar in the lobby were nice to have. The food was amazing. I suggest the fried chicken sandwich. Beer prices were high but I guess that comes with the territory.
