The people that own the property are very nice they have a great breakfast they have a beautiful pool and a workout room that I never got to use because I was too busy but when I go back which I will I will use them then the rooms are very nice that's very comfortable very clean great cable I have stayed at so many hotels that had hardly any cable channels so it's a great hotel to stay at highly recommend

Room was spacious Pool should of been open later. The info book in room said pool was open until 11pm but it closed at 9pm and we didn’t arrive until 825pm due to driving 5 hours after work to arrive.

It was clean and the staff was helpful. The room had a musty smell. Like maybe it used to be a smoking room. The pool room was way to cold. My kids were in the pool for 25 mins and there lips were turning blue it felt like cold air was blowing in through a vent.

The beds have square pillows that are small and uncomfortable. Two towels in the bathroom had stained mascara from previous guests. There was an hole in the wall by the couch. Overall not the most clean.

I have stayed here lot of times and it was very good. However this time (Jan 10, 2025). The hotel was very dirty. The corridors had garbage and had not been vacumed for days. Elevator was sticky. For breakfast nothing much and the tables we not even cleaned properly. And some chairs were sticky. There were no other guests for breakfast and only us so not sure why they could not clean up properly. I complained to the front desk and the guy their said they had a party two days before. I even asked if the management has changed.

Better than expected

We needed to stay overnight for an event at the fairgrounds. This hotel was better than expected. Clean. Friendly service and a free breakfast. I live in a city, so can sleep through some noise.

The morning of checkout. Around 6:30am, I went to take a shower and realized the shower would only go on with the hottest setting on. If I were to lower the temp no water was coming out. So there was no way any of us could shower in scolding water. My family and I were unable to cleanup before our checkout, which was very unfortunate since we had an event to attend by 8am. Went down and complained to front desk attendant, and he was very rude and dismissive to our current situation, which led to an argument. I will never stay at a Comfort Suites again. Horrible costumer service
