Our room was 50 degrees upon arrival 7pm, we were planning on going to bed early 9ish as we had to get up early....went to front desk she gave us a space heater, but wanted it returned before we went to bed...i stayed up as long as i could to give the room time to heat up 11pm. At 11 it was only 58, it took until 5am to reach 68 degrees, worse night sleep ever as we were outside all day at OSU and were looking forward to warming up. Also shower has luke warm water at best...room was dirty! Breakfast area was dirty. Our son went to the pool which was packed, understandable but come to find out a large group of 12ish old boys werent even staying at the hotel and had snuck into the pool. They did get removed, but we never ended up using the pool do to the horse play. Lady at front desk was super nice and great at her job! She is the only reason I didnt complain during our stay.

The rooms were clean. Front desk service was sparse. Even when standing in front of someone you had to clear your throat or interrupt their phone time to get their attention. Very loud at night in the halls. Large groups of people laughing and slamming doors. It wasn’t for just a few minutes it went on for hours. Hand sanitizers looked like you were going to catch a disease if you used them. Very dirty especially the one by the elevator. Lobby women’s bathroom had shaved hair on the counter, toilet paper all over the floor, and very dirty.

Room was dirty. On the side of the bed closest to the wall was a few pieces of trash. in the back of the cubby hole that holds the towels we found someone’s used underwear. Couch was dirty and needs cleaned. Bathroom mirror had hair hanging off of it. Room smelled like weed.
