Booked the hotel two weekends in a row. First weekend had no issues really beside key card stopped working, door wasn’t really secured. This weekend we are here, door doesn’t shut properly, toilet was flush, brought it up to the front desk they gave a plunger and told us to fix it. It still won’t flush. Fire alarms beeping, phone doesn’t work, bedding is dirty crumbs all over the sheets. Pull out couch had a huge stain on it.

This property was my favorite to go to and then we came back this time and there staff was very rude and they harassed me and my husband while we stayed so I don’t think I’ll be going back

We had issues with door locks and hinges in multiple rooms. We had a group there with multiple rooms. Constant problems with key cards and doors. Police there for issues twice and was not our group.

Not too thrilled.

When we entered our room, we immediately discovered the air conditioner was on, the room was freezing in winter in Ohio. There was an empty candy bar wrapper left on the nightstand, the bathroom sink faucet was leaking, there was a huge stain on the comforter. Breakfast was supppsed to start at 6 am but no one was there until closer to 630. We had to leave for an obligation so that set us back. The entire parking lot was a sheet of ice, it was apparent they never salted it. Very dangerous.

Ok, But Could Be Better

The beds were uncomfortable, thete was condensation on top of the air unit in the room from the older windows, and there was mold in the shower on the underside of the soap holders.
