The rooms weren't very clean and there were holes in the comforter. The picture frames and paint were peeling and looked like nothing had been maintained for a long time. The elevator was noisy and didn't always work so we took the stairs on a few occasions. The pool was ice cold the entire time we were there. Not once did I see a staff member at the front desk during our stay and when we had to call with questions, the communication was difficult and we had to call numerous times just to get someone to answer the phones. Terrible service and experience and would not recommend.

The only thing i had a problem is on my last stay i told them heating element was going bad on dryer and needs replaced and when i went to wash clothing using dryer the dryer didn't dry my clothing so i had wet clothing so I wasted money for wet clothing please be advised

Not the woman in front huffing and puffing under her breathe when people go to the front desk and ask questions. Or knowing people are going to wait for breakfast because it’s an amenity you offer, but she out loud tells people I’m not making anything else. Meanwhile she had 6 people fighting over rock hard sausage. If you don’t want people to eat at a breakfast included place… maybe don’t offer it. For some people they try to find nice places with good breakfast because they spend hundreds of dollars in your dirty, broken hotel. Honestly the middle aged Indian woman with long hair is not good at her job.
