Much more dingy in real life

The pictures do not show the actual rooms. They’re much much smaller in real life. The toilet is so low to the ground and the cramped bathroom supposedly in a suite. The rooms haven’t been updated. The lighting is dark and depressing and for the price the breakfast ended before we even knew it started ! I do not recommend BW rooms. I also do not believe any reviews on this site because the rooms are always gross. Also you can see through the main door!

Lady at front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Pool towels should be at pool not at front desk. Need to have housekeeping more often. Breakfast was bery good. Pool was awesome.

The room seemed fairly clean, amenities were nice, HOWEVER, I woke up with a huge bedbug on my hoodie and bites on my neck. I proceeded to develop an itchy rash on the back of my neck as well. I alerted the lady at the front desk and she said someone would be in touch. I was NEVER contacted after that and did not receive a refund. I do not recommend here!!!

The staff is amazing and vey accomodating. They helped me and my family feel comfortable. The reception staff changed my room when i asked for a room with easier walking access. I highly recommend the hotel.

I had an excellent stay at Best Western while in the area for a medical procedure. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with kindness and efficiency. Their hospitality truly made a difference during my visit. The breakfast was fantastic, and all the services provided were among the best I’ve experienced—and I travel quite often! I will definitely be returning and am happy to do so. Highly recommend!

Very clean property! Pool is a good size and perfect temperature! Beds were comfortable with soft sheets and blankets. We will stay here again when we’re in the area!
