Don’t give this hotel your credit card.

I don’t normally give bad reviews but anyone that thinks about staying at this hotel should be warned that you may be charged more than you agree to pay at Hotels.com. They charged me $20 extra because my children are college aged. I had told Hotels.com that we had 4 adults for 2 queen beds, but the Best Western charged me extra regardless. After an hour spent on the phone with Hotels.com I was able to get a $20 credit from them. This hotel just can’t be trusted with your credit card for incidentals. As for comfort, the bed is old and bowed toward the middle. The AC was loud and sounded like a blender all night when it kicked on. One of the lamps had a burned out light bulb. The room only came with 3 towels for 4 people. The staff was friendly but the management can’t be trusted with your credit card information. They admitted that they have an argument with a customer almost every day about this policy. Avoid this hotel.

It was lovely. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They took time to talk to us and make sure our rooms were to our liking. They also told us about area restaurants and things to do. We really enjoyed or stay.

There looked to be blood stains on the curtains of our room. Pool was dirty and smelly. Hot tub didn’t have enough water so the jets weren’t able to function properly. Overall, stay was fine but very unsatisfied with the cleanliness

The elevator did not work. When we checked in we were told it would be working later that day. When we arrived back at hotel. It was still not working. My husband is handicapped and we were on the second Floor. It was extremely difficult for us to get our bags up the stairs when he can hardly get himself up stairs.
