Elevator was broken. After walking up stairs we found a roach, spider, and fly in our room. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. AC was COLD!

Most of the staff was amazing except for the front desk clerk that worked Saturday between 3 and 11pm. She was a little snippy when a member of our party let her know that we had forgot to put a room number or to let them know we were at the pool on our pizza delivery. All other staff was great, and the pool and pool area were nice and clean. The room was clean and housekeeping staff was awesome.

This is a Great Best Western

The room was clean and even smelled good. Will not hesitate to stay there again. Have had a bad experience with a Best Western someplace else, but this one was just fine.
