Easy, good place for a quick overnight stay in Columbia. The front desk had great customer service because the first room we were given smelled like old cigarette smoke, and when I mentioned it, he quickly gave us another room that was even an upgrade from our reservation. Thank you!

Property was overbooked so our room was not what we booked. Two areas in floor were broken/bowed. Carpet was frayed and torn in multiple areas. Hotel was loud all night. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Neither pancake nor waffle maker worked properly.

Sadly disappointed that when we arrived the front desk staff was unfriendly . Once we were in the room it smelled as if it had an electrical fire . The front desk seemed to be unfazed by this and unconcerned. Was given a new room, but directly across from the other room which was still giving off a burnt smell leaking into the hall way. We explained to the front desk again that someone may want to check that room, but still didn’t seem concerned and almost put off by us asking.
