The front desk staff were not always there. Unfortunately, I did see the staff take cigarette breaks out front. I needed to purchase some items, but without anybody attending the front desk I couldn’t.

Very modern looking. Staff seemed to be arguing loudly with customers present. Housekeeping spilled a bucket of water by the elevator entrance, causing a waterfall inside one of the elevators. The chair in the room was flimsy and broken. Has potential but management needs to supervise better.

They need to fix the shower door has water filtering outside so once you get out of the shower the bathroom is flooded with water

The ice machine being broken and problems with my digital key notwithstanding, this is a perfectly pleasant place to stay. The staff is quite friendly, for the most part. We did have an issue with noise at 3:30am. But the staff took care of it when we called.
