Expensive pet fee with stressed receptionist

The front desk person looked stressed when we checked in. We only received one key card because they were running low. The pet fee was $75 for one night stay, expensive.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff hardworking and professional. The hotel was clean, quiet, beautiful, and comfy. The food was really bad. That was my only concern. Afterwards we had the best food at Kiki’s chicken and waffles so it all worked out. Win win all the way around.

The shower in the room had the worst water pressure I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, this place looks brand new but shower was horrible, very disappointing as the rest was great

Beautiful rooms, but lack of traffic light at entrance made it difficult to enter and leave property. Also, lack of safety night light in the room was surprising.

Great stay

Our family of 4 had a great experience, we called to let them know we were arriving very late, after midnight. They were very friendly even that late. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. That’s all we needed.

The front desk clerk was very helpful. Especially when I arrived and discovered that Expedia had cancelled my reservation! The clerk quickly checked me into a beautiful room and apologized on behalf of Expedia, even though she doesn’t work for them! She was wonderful!!
