We were in town for a mizzou football game. Hotel prices were high as to be expected. Hotel was fine but outdated. Smelled old but it was clean. It was fine. No wow factor but it was fine for a night.

Convenient location and easy access to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and very reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfast was not very good. Biscuits for biscuits and gravy were hard as a rock, not really edible. gravy was cold even though it was 7 am and in the crock pot.

Good location for Mizzou
Went to visit a family member at Mizzou. Close to Mizzou, a 5 min drive. A lot of places to eat and close to shopping. The place was busy for a football weekend and couldn’t hear anyone. Felt very safe and place was clean. Good place to stay.

Not good at all. Will never stay here again. Dirty, our feet were black from walking on the carpet, noisy, breakfast not good. Homeless living near the parking lot. Empty alcohol trash where we parked our car. Not worth even half of what I paid to stay here. Worst hotel I have stayed in in a long time and I was in the Navy!

I have plenty pictures of the black mold on ceilings and nasty dust and dirt and this hotel was renovated and still gross for the price of $650 for 2 nights ! Ridiculous

Phone and microwave were ancient. Showerhead was old and tarnished, Very needle prickly. Very outdated. Staff was friendly. Convenient to Campus. Bed was very comfortable but small room. Overall just average. We would t stay here again for $350 a night that’s for sure but was a game weekend and options were limited.

This property is not clean and smells awful. The door latch was broken, there were animal droppings in the bathroom, the parking lot area did not look safe. I prepaid for my room for two nights and was told the manager would have to approve a refund. I have messaged him and not heard a response. My son and I ended up booking a different hotel because this property smelled and looked so bad and didn’t look safe at all.
