Although there was a renovation going on at the hotel, everyone was super professional. The lobby was beautiful and breakfast was delicious. Can’t wait to see the final room when they are finished.

Under construction so I do understand partially but our rooms carpet was torn in ultiple places, it smelled bad and there were missing socket covers, very dangerous for our kids. Lobby and breakfast area that is newly remodeled are very beautiful, breakfast was good, staff was very accomadating. I give the staff 5 stars but the rooms as of now are not good.

Dirty, denji sheets

The sheets was Denji. I saw 2 roaches in the bathroom.i had a feeling of something biting me when I was sleeping. They was remodeling the hotel and there was dirty mattresses piled up outside at the back of the hotel wallpaper was peeling off. And we didn’t eat the breakfast because there was a lady in there coughing on everything. I would have requested a refund, but it was late and I didn’t have the extra money to buy a different hotel room. And there was no mention that this hotel was being remodeled. I guess I got what I was paying for. That’s why it was so cheap. On a positive note, the lobby and the breakfast area look very clean and nice.

The exercise room was not clean and did not have any sanitization products. The outdoor pet area was very limited and not clean actually gross. The room was average and clean. But did need a dated.

My daughter & I stayed at this hotel while visiting family in Columbia-it was awesome, from the sweet woman at check-in who let us come in before check-in time to our super clean room. The beds were great, the wifi super fast. The breakfast due to Covid-19 was brown bagged & adequate but note there was several places nearby that served breakfast. We didn't use the pool however it was clean & great relaxing spot. Most important was, this hotel is pet friendly with no fee. I praise them for that for we brought our 4 legged family member with us. A nice pet area was available even providing pet waste bags and trash cans. All in all we will stay here again on future visits to Columbia.

The check in was great. Easy, quick and the front desk staff was very nice. Our room wasn’t great. It had a very bad musty smell and the carpet is old and felt damp. There is no breakfast served due to COVID-19 but they do give you a sack breakfast with a water bottle, snack bar and cup of jello-fruit.

No thanks.

The only thing I can say is that I was glad the pool was open. The room was dingy and smelled of mildew. I removed the blanket because it had an odor. I have stayed at La Quinta's that were in great condition. I wish there was a way to know which locations are newer. I won't be staying at this location again.
