When i arrived at the property i was issued a room that had been used with the bed not made/changed and dirty towels on the bathroom floor so i returned to the front desk and was issued a new room. Besides that it was ok.

We were very uncomfortable!
The room was fairly clean, spots on the bedding. Refrigerator was unplugged and smelled horrible so we were unable to use it. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

The first room they gave me did not have a single hanger or place to hang any clothes. The 2nd room was ok but the hard floors may have been swept but had not been mopped in a while. Housekeeping replaced towels daily but all the towels were rough and dingy, like they needed to be bleached. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 AM but one morning I had to leave and at 6:20 there was about 20 guests waiting in the lobby and it still wasn't open. I asked the management about this that evening and they acted like they had no idea if happened, then they said the guy didn't show up on time but assured me it would open in time the next day. It didn't. I checked out at 6:20 and it still wasn't open again. Both days I had to buy breakfast out when it was sold as part of the property amenities. I have to say I won't be back.

The hotel is average at best; however, it was $100 cheaper than hotels closer to the USC stadium. The worst part was black mold growing above the vanity and the door to my room. I did alert the front desk as I checked out so hopefully, that will be corrected.The breakfast bar was lacking - eggs were powdered eggs and horrible. Every other hot item was not any good. The rooms do not have carpet, so you can hear people walking around above the room really well. The hotel did not have a water fountain.
