Never cleaned our room in a 3 day stay. Many broken items to include the closet hanging rod to the missing lampshade. Halls and elevator smell like marijuana which seemed to be a worker issue.

Good, but could be better.

The staff was very friendly, but there were things that needed work. Our tub/shower leaked throughout the trip, but the maintenance man explained the issue. Also, the bar was out of many things, making the drink choices slim. Overall, the stay was pretty good.

There was a $75 fee for our dogs, which is really high considering they are not destructive dogs. There is no designated dog area around the hotel. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Very inadequate

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years and this may very well be my last visit. It’s a good location and they recently updated the property. The day staff were friendly, but the night staff were more interested in socializing with their friends who were seated in the lobby. When I arrived, the lobby and elevator reeked of marijuana. Regarding cleanliness, there was a pubic hair on my bedsheets casting doubt that they changed them between guests. Additionally, the tub filled while showering because it drained too slowly and the toilet, which sat too low, did not flush easily. The breakfast was above average.

A 2 night stay that they were to charge one $50 deposit for incidentals turned into them charging me 3 times for a 2 night stay, door to room would not latch, mold in the bathroom all over. The down comforter was also stained that you could see when it was held up to the light. The property still hasn’t refunded the incidental charges which I told them about twice. I am very disappointed.

Staff were polite, breakfast was good, room cleaning only happens every other day, they ran out of clean towels and guest had to bring down dirty towels to be cleaned. The upgrades in the rooms and the lack of was poor, like putting lipstick on a pig! The curtains were shedded, water damage on bathroom door. One room that we had to change had condensation in the window and you couldn't see out of most of it. Mold was growing in and around the window. The floor's in the rooms were very dirty. I would never stay in another Hyatt Hotel again! 😡😡👎
