The bathtub was peeling/chipping and I cut my foot on the sharp pieces sticking up from the bottom. The drain stopper didn’t work and was completely broken/loose. It came off so easily and left the drain completely exposed. There was loose hair strands in the bathroom on the floor. (I don’t think it was properly swept or cleaned) everything else in the room was okay. Bed was very clean and comfortable. There really isn’t much as far as places to eat around the place within walking distance so you need a car to get around or have to take Uber. It’s a little dangerous to walk around that area to get something to eat. The complimentary breakfast was okay. Good selection of food but mostly processed foods. Still good though and free. I did find a very large cockroach in the main lobby just right outside the doors of the bar/restaurant. I told the young girl at the front desk but she didn’t seem to care she just nodded at me and said “okay”. Pretty gross to see. The young lady that was there late into the night was very nice and attentive. She helped me check in and answered all of my questions. Overall average experience at this place. Seems like an old property considering the older amenities in the rooms.

Mildew Smells in Multiple Rooms
My room had a mildew smell. They ended up upgrading my room entirely to a suite, which is nice. Very understanding. However, my best friend checked in with her boyfriend and they mentioned a mildew smell. I never even told them about the smell, so it was ironic that they said the same thing.

Perfect for FamDay and Ft.Jackson Graduation
I was barely in my room, but when I was it was perfect for getting ready real early in the morning and was super relaxing when I got back at night. I will say I did hear people playing cornhole in the court yard in front of my room but I wasn’t too bother by it. But the room was clean and well taken care of by the time I got back from family day and my soldiers graduation. Would definitely stay here again

If you have allergies…beware!
Rooms were always damp. Even though the air conditioning was running it never seemed to keep up with the dampness. We had 2 rooms and had to request a new room for my son and his wife as there was mold on the sheer curtain. Checked out a day earlier than originally intended.

I love the presidential suite and the breakfast bar. I don’t like that my deposit has not came back after 3 weeks of waiting I’ve had issues and continuously had to come back to the location to see what is goin on. Still waiting on the deposit.

Arrived at noon was told check in not till 3- fine, we wait… can we go wait at the pool? Nope, it’ll lock you outside without a room key. At the bar- nope, it’s closed. At 3pm got our keys- 1st room hadn’t been touched by housekeeping. Beds slept in, trash everywhere. 2nd room was not a suite that we had upgraded for. 3rd room was fine. Housekeepers were very friendly. Front desk people had no idea what was going on. Breakfast was just edible.. nothing to brag about there The coffee / hot cocoa machine in the lobby was amazing! They gave us free cookies for being there for an Army graduation.

Our stay was terrible they never asked for an ID they never asked for a cc to check in and they used one on file with out asking. Rooms were moldy, filthy and smelling. Made our experience moving our kids back to college a nightmare. We moved to a new hotel the following morning. Not recommended at all.

Was not their fault that a huge flooding storm happened but the window leak was bad. Many changing /wringing out towels and obvious overnight worries contributed to a very poor night sleep.

Nice place! We had the presidential king suite. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and pillows were really nice. Shower head had fantastic water pressure flow. Staff were friendly and nice, also helpful. Breakfast was ok not too many options but still nice. Price for the 3 nights was not to bad. If I were ever in the area again, I would stay here.
