Hotel was great and very nice. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing I didn’t like and want prepared for was you had to pay to park in their parking lot. Was not told the right price for parking by hotel staff and had a hard time finding parking.

Great new hotel option for visiting Columbia. Great location for those visiting USC, the capital or downtown. Room and kitchen were clean with everything needed for an extended stay.

Room does not match the pictures. Picture shows room as a large area but is much smaller. Hotel charged $85.00 a night for pets which is way to much to allow a service dog. Very disappointed

Nice, brand new property. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was very good. The landscaping is still in progress, but a very nice stay overall.
