In town for concert at Colonial Life Center
very clean room, great customer service. Things out front of the hotel were a little chaotic, but once we got checked in, and parked, things were fine. Was very convenient to restaurants and the Colonial Life Arena and Convention Center.

This hotel is just okay. I’ve stayed at many other hotels in the Columbia area and this was the least impressive by far. In general it feels pretty outdated, but it’s not dirty—everything just has a used feel to it. I was here two nights and it surprised me that the room wasn’t serviced while I was out and before the second night. I’m used to the bed being made, used towels removed, new provided. There are also no bottles of water provided in the room which I’m used to at other properties. There was nothing horrible about the stay. It was just less than I’m used to and wouldn’t be my first choice for the next time I’m in town for work.

Nice appearance, pretty clean and friendly staff. Rooms seem dated, shower drips to the point you can hear it in the room, shower drain drips very loudly, chair arms torn. Again, at least my room, clean but appears heavily used/dated.
