The Best Western was recommended by a family member who lives in Lexington. The hotel was nice and clean. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were quiet and comfortable plus there was an amazing breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed and room was comfortable except for waking up with a cockroach/palmetto bug. Front desk response was horrible- why didn’t you ask to change rooms? (Because I didn’t see it until I woke up in the morning!) No apology. Will not stay there again. Bad experience & management.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. The staff was amazing and very friendly as well as helpful. Breakfast was very good and so was the cook. Overall I would recommend Best Western Plus to my family and friends if they ever visited.Again overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent and friendly staff. Front desk was manned at all times. Rooms were clean and linens fresh. Felt very safe here. No complaints at all. Will recommend and stay here again if ever in Lexington and needing a place.

Nice, quiet rooms
The toilets are way too low for elderly/handicapped folks. There are no racks to hang towels & no hooks on back of door for hanging incidentals. The shower was great, a step-in, however, the rolling doors wouldn't stay closed (open about 6") while showering & the shower head was too high for my 5'4" reach....had to really stretch. The entrance is not conducive to unloading in heavy downpours either. Only a 2 way lane there, period. Other than that, it was just great.
