As a Hilton Honors member, I usually receive unsolicited two complimentary bottles of water. The checkin reception informed me that my Hilton Honors ranking did not qualify me to receive a bottle of water. I ended up purchasing two bottle of waters for six dollars. First time as member I was refused bottles of water probably value at less than 50 cents on a wholesale basis. For a moment, I seriously considered dropping out the Hilton Honors membership, but remembered that all of my prior encounters were very positive and maybe this particular receptionist was having a bad day. She made point of emphasizing that I did not qualify for a bottle water although as a guest i have spent thousand of dollars staying at Hilton hotels.

This place needs to be remodeled. Definitely not the Hilton standard. Iton didn't work, outlet didn't work, small room for the price, tile missing from the floor, and it smells terrible
