I had went down for breakfast at 6:58 am on a Sunday. I was yelled at by Tre an employee who flipped out on me because as she said breakfast started at 7:00am. I was 2 min early and she scolded me. The door was open and breakfast was out & ready. I didn’t realize I was 2 min early. Pls make sure your at breakfast at right time if not staff can ruin your day and I have disabilities It messed my whole day up due to her treatment and my disabilities. I also feel I was discriminated on.

This was a huge disappointment. While both front staff we met were very nice and helpful, this place is a dive. Despite the room seeming clean enough, on day 2, we saw a roach climbing the wall. Ugh! We also didn’t chance using the pool or hot tub. The water didn’t look inviting to start and, by the end of our 2-day stay, it actually appeared brown. Finally, although we witnessed housecleaning in public areas, the carpeting was constantly littered with fuzz and other debris. The place is old and shows its age. Think twice!

The stay was okay but I was there just to sleep and shower. There was noise from the road and the a/c made a loud noise when it kicked off. It was a last minute decision to stay there since the traffic was so bad.

The Property is older and was nice at one time but now its furniture, room decor, carpet, etc. are very outdated. The property as a whole isnt maintained well at all especially the rooms. The furniture in the living room area of the room had heavy staining on the cushions and the arm rests and the computer desk chair the legs were about to fall off. The layover latch on the door didnt work. The room is dark even with the lights on I imagine so the condition of the room isnt as noticeable initially. The shower diverter was stuck so could only take a shower and the wash rags had stains on them. In the bedroom there were bloody boogers on the wall by the dresser the tv sits on. Saw roaches in the hallway when going from the room to the parking lot. Website says that they have a business center with a printer and they actually do not have a business center at all and when I asked the front desk agent about it and they were confirming that they didnt have a business center i asked if they could print something for me if i emailed it to them and they said no and got an attitude about the situation.
