Hotel lacks sound proofing; has modern furnishings
Modern furnishings throughout. Biggest issue is lack of sound proofing. The people in the room above me were running and jumping until late at night and began early in the morning which prevented me from being able to sleep or rest. It was as if they were in the room next to me as so loud.

Beds were comfy, pillows wrer super nice. Room was clean. Good hot water and no clogged drains. Good supply of towels and such. Cons: Had to renew key cards and internet password EVERY day for a three day stay. Had to adjust thermostat on heater from 67 during day with curtains open to 65 in evening with curtains closed to maintain about 72 degree temp. It worked, just took a little to figure it out.

This property is under construction (stayed Dec 2024), which obviously should have been communicated to us prior to our stay. There was dust and debris everywhere, including a coffee cup ducttaped to our floor (what? why?), but the worst was the noise. It started around 5am directly over our room and was constant. I definitely would not stay here again. That being said, the staff were lovely, overall, particularly the gentleman running the breakfast service.

Customer service excellent. Especially the gentleman in the breakfast area. Room clean and comfortable. Many reviews mentioned it is close to the highway but you couldn't hear traffic. We found the noise of traffic very noticeable.

Great choice
I felt this was a great buy. Couple things needed attention but I was so impressed with the service both when we checked in and the “chef” for breakfast. This is probably the bEST service I have had in all My hotel stays ever!. The breakfast was great for the price- variety -both days-some kind of eggs, meat, French toast waffles fruit-coffee machine that makes lattes cappuccinos etc. the noise was loud as we faced the road side, but with earplugs I did fine. I would choose the odd number to stay in if coming again. The beds we clean and comfortable!
