I have stayed at this location numerous times as they are affordable and decent. Iver the yrs they are making improvements to the property but some things remain outdated. Definitely good for the price. If your a towel girlie/guy, bring your own. Theirs are small and dingy. Also pillows.

Avoid like the plague.
The room refrigerator was noisy, had to unplug. So was the AC unit. The bed was facing the window which was awkward. The halls smelled like bleach so they over cleaned the hall sways. The ran out of plates during breakfast time. No late check out even if you paid 50.00. Also they charge you 100.00 for incentatal which they DO NOT display at the front desk. That’s like buying a car for 25K and the insurance is $40,000

Overall staff was good, the room looked like it was in the process of being renovated, our A/C sounded like it was going to take off and it smelled like someone prior to our stay smoked in the room. I believe they have potential, if and when they finish renovations.

We had issues with the shower, we turned it on and could not adjust it at all. No maintenance on site. It was was running hot water, steamed up the room. We couldn’t take a shower and was inconvenienced by changing a room and was late to our event

I had a very nice stay. The rooms are never with a comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very polite and accommodating. I would recommend to someone looking for a reasonably priced hotel that is in a convenient location.
