Very Nasty
We came down for a baseball tournament with the family. This is one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. All the sheets had blood or something on them. The pillows all had stuff on them. The towels all had stains on them. There were 2 chairs in our room that were basically black because they were so nasty. Everything in the room was nasty except the shower and toilet. Those were very clean. I will not be staying here again. There is also a lot of homeless people on the corner below the hotel. We made the best of it thank goodness it was only one night. The smell was like a musty moldy like smell in the room.

Reading some of the poor reviews surprised us as they must have come when it was full. We found everything to be very good. The staff was welcoming and the room clean. Breakfast was typical with waffles cereal bagels bread muffins and fruit. For us it was great and very nice that it was tucked away from the main road keeping it quiet,

During my stay we found mold in the mini refrigerator and around the sink, the covers were covered with blood and other bodily fluids noticeable to the eye. The counters and chairs were really dirty. During our 2 days eating breakfast the waffle machine didn’t cook the batter properly, lack of options for breakfast. Other than those issues the staff was helpful and very friendly.

Last time I stay here!
Arrived at the hotel, checked in and went to the room. The room was nasty, hadn’t been cleaned properly, dried up food stains on furniture, dirty linen, bed falling apart, dirty cotton swab behind the mattress, hair in the bathroom and shower, door was falling apart, hallways reeked of smoke or devils lettuce (despite being smoke free hotel), staff was unhelpful and made me wait 15 mins to inspect the room after I reported the issues. Then initially offered to clean the room for me, IT SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLEAN!!! Only offered me a change in rooms because the toilet was broken and just constantly running, which would have made it difficult to sleep, especially since this was a business trip 😡

The reviews and images of this hotel was misleading. I think this hotel once had glory but since businesses have left the area, it’s run down, outdated, and dilapidated. I knew the hotel would be sketchy when driving up. The room floor were not mopped and neither was the bathroom. The bathroom floor had gum like gunk and the outside of the toilet wasn’t clean. I questioned whether they put washed sheets on the bed. I tried to call my family member using the hotel phone and the cord wasn’t plugged in. I tried to plug it into the wall and the outlet was pushed in and broken so basically the phone was for appearances. Fortunately, we didn’t see any roaches in our room but our friend did. The tv was the size of a small computer monitor and there was not a security box. There are no amenities, the exercise room is filled with dirty and broken equipment. They have signs leading to an arcade room but it was filled with dirty mattresses and spring boards. Management didn’t even take the signs down- that’s how misleading everything was! If you’re looking for an affordable place for a night or two, then this may be it. But if you’re on a business trip or with younger children, I don’t recommend it.
