The staff are so friendly, helpful and hardworking . The owner is very hands on and attentive . Great place to stay.

Not informed of lack of hot water before checking in. Did not get any adjustment to final bill. Between the lack of hot water and the pet fee, I’d have stopped somewhere else.

The good out weighs the bad
The good: The service was great. The entry way to the room was easy, for carrying lots of bags. The smell of cigarettes was not in our room. The beds are clean. The tv works. The key worked, first try. The bad: The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, except our room. The blankets on the beds are very thin, and the pillows are uncomfortable. It smells like someone spilled a beer on the rug. The toilet bowl is stained. Not enough towels.

Had a good stay, older property. Doesn't have all the "newest amenities" so it you are looking for that, may not be the place for you. I would stay there again. Staff was friendly and cost was a good value.

Mindy at the front desk was helpful but the rest of the experience was terrible. Dirty tub. Dirty towels with multiple stains. Shower head had so much calcium build up it wasn’t even funny. The bed we slept on was questionable. Also they over booked. I paid for a king size single and was given double queen. My personal opinion, just stay somewhere else.

Unbelievably dirty. Told it was oversold and that I was only allowed to have a smoking room. Carpet had not been vacuumed. I had to ask for clean sheets. As the sheets on the bed were r filthy and covered in stains. Visible mold in the bathroom. The shower toilet and sink had pubic hair, dried on toothpaste, grime and dirt. . No towels were provided. The parking lot was riddled with large pot holes. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, the young lady did her best but definitely had no ability to affect anything positively. She did provide me cleaning supplies so I could clean my own room. I know I was not the only customer planning and bringing up concerns

This hotel advertised smoke free clean rooms. It was neither of those things. Our linens had cigarette burns in them and it smelled so bad. No one should ever stay at this hotel…ever!!!

Completely filthy as soon as you walk in the building smells of smoke, our room smelled like a mix of never cleaned air filter, sweat and smoke with a mustiness that was hard to deal with. NO continental breakfast at all But a bag of basically sugary snacks and an apple. TV only had sound no picture. The beds had cigarette holes in the sheet and no comfort

I booked this room specifically for the king bed, they were overbooked and did not have one, they gave us a queen bed instead. The entire room was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned, black marks on the walls, the chair was covered in stains. Blanket had black and yellow marks, the pillows looked like they had sweat on them and hadn't been changed. The carpet had something thick and white spilled on it. The window was falling out of its track and the toilet leaked every time it was flushed. After seeing the room I looked for any vacancy in any other hotel and there was none otherwise we would have left. The front desk did supply us with clean linens at least.

First room had hair in bed so they moved us 2nd room shower dripped all night tv didnt work no pillow case on pillow no towels had nice breakfast advertised online there is no breakfast theres coffee very dissatisfied front desk girl was very kind but hotel sucks i want a refund wont stay there again online is nothing like it shows

The room was flat Disgusting. The Carpet looked like it hadnt been Vacuumed in ages. The Refrigerator had food all over it and needed to be be defrosted and Microwave hadnt been clean in who knows how long and you can see where it had caught fire before. The place is VERY OUTDATED!!! Be yet charging out the ass a night. There was drug deals going on all night long in the room beside us. Honestly people STAY away from these place.
